Prices are based on the information supplied by the customer.

If conditions change or additional work is required, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.

No work begins until the customer has agreed to the quoted price.

We aim to keep all quotes fair, transparent, and accurate.

4. Booking & Appointments

When booking a service:

Appointment times are estimates based on availability and weather conditions.

We will notify you if delays occur.

The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site.

Cut ’n’ Clear Argyll reserves the right to refuse work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

5.1 Customer Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee if travel or preparation work has already been completed.

5.2 Cancellations by Cut ’n’ Clear Argyll

We may cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

Unsafe working conditions

Severe weather

Illness

Equipment failure

Customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a new appointment will be arranged.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information about the property or job

Ensure pets and children are kept safely away from work areas

Remove personal items that may be damaged or obstruct work

Allow access to the property at the agreed time

We are not responsible for delays caused by access issues or unprepared work areas.

7. Payments

Payments must be made:

On the day of service unless otherwise agreed

By cash, bank transfer, or method agreed directly with Ross

Late payments may result in future bookings being refused until the balance is settled.

8. Safety & Liability

Cut ’n’ Clear Argyll operates with care and professionalism, but:

We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable structures, loose materials, hidden debris, or unsafe conditions beyond our control.

Customers must inform us of underground hazards, cables, pipes, or similar risks.

We are not liable for loss or damage arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We hold full responsibility only for work performed directly by Cut ’n’ Clear Argyll.

9. Waste Removal

Garden waste may be removed as part of the service (if agreed).

Large items, heavy rubbish, or non-green waste (e.g., furniture, building materials) may incur additional costs.

House clearance waste is priced based on size, weight, and disposal fees.

10. Light Tree Work Disclaimer

We only carry out non-felling, low-level tree work such as:

Branch trimming

Small limb removal

Tidying

We do not carry out full tree felling, stump removal, or high-risk chainsaw operations.
Customers requiring these services will be referred to specialist tree surgeons.
